Veronica Serrano has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in client relations and team coordination. Currently serving as a Family Service Counselor and Pre-Planning Advisor at Rose Hills Company since February 2018, Veronica assists families in planning funeral services and cemetery property needs in advance. Prior to this role, Veronica worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers from December 2008 to September 2016 as a BST Coordinator, where responsibilities included coordinating work for team assistants, leading trainings, and improving client service efficiency. Additional positions include Claims Adjuster at Mercury Insurance and Claims Representative at Esurance, focusing on claims management and resolution. Veronica also spent time in corporate branding at Safeway. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Biola University and an Associate of Arts from Cerritos College.
