Cindy Soliday

Cindy Soliday is an experienced professional in the field of genetic counseling and executive coaching, currently serving as a Subject Matter Expert at Rose International since November 2021. Prior experience includes a role as Practice Leader Consultant at Kaiser Permanente from June 2019 to August 2021, and a long tenure at Kaiser Permanente from July 1997 to June 2018, where Cindy held positions as Service Director in Genetics, Genetic Counselor, and Genetic Counseling Supervisor. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Genetic Counselor and Genetic Counseling Coordinator at Stanford University Medical Center from 1981 to 1992. Cindy holds a Master of Science in Genetic Counseling from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
