Nitin Sachdeva has extensive experience in recruiting and resource delivery, holding various positions at Rose International since April 2016, including Recruiting and Resource Delivery Associate, Resource Delivery Associate, and Sr. Technical Recruiter. Prior to this, Nitin worked as a Technical Recruiter at DTSC from November 2015 to April 2016 and as an IT Recruiter at Head Field Solutions Pvt. Ltd. from July 2014 to November 2015. Nitin possesses strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, with a solid understanding of US tax terms such as C2C, W2, and 1099. Additionally, Nitin has experience across IT and Non-IT recruitment, focusing on ERP and Software Development, Networking, Telecom, as well as the Financial/Banking, Healthcare, and Insurance sectors. Earlier career roles included test engineer and associate test engineer at Aricent Group and Aricent Technologies, respectively. Nitin holds a Senior Secondary education with a focus on Physics from Bharat National Public School.
