Tina Hayes, PMP, ITIL, is a seasoned project and program manager with extensive experience in IT services delivery and community program management. Currently serving as a Senior IT Services Delivery Project Manager at Rose International, Tina supports Kaiser Permanente IT Infrastructure management in the Mid-Atlantic region. Previous roles include Program Director at Greater Beulah Community Development Center, Inc., where Tina established a tutoring and mentoring program; Chief Executive Officer at Sal Lee Enterprises; and various project management positions in organizations such as General Dynamics Information Technology, Harmonia Holdings Group, and the Department of Labor. Tina's expertise encompasses managing large-scale IT contracts, implementing ITIL and Agile methodologies, and overseeing teams in complex environments.
