Charlie Daniels, CPCU has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. Charlie started their career in 1978, working as the Director of Food and Beverage at Hilton Hotels Corporation. In 1984, they established their own company, the Daniels Agency of New York, Inc, where they served as the President for twenty years. In 2004, they joined Rose & Kiernan, Inc as the Executive Vice President. During the same year, they also joined NFP as the Senior Vice President. Throughout their career, Charlie has held various leadership positions and has extensive experience in the insurance industry.

Charlie Daniels, CPCU pursued their formal education at the Pawling High School from 1970 to 1974. Following this, they attended St. Lawrence University from 1974 to 1978, where they did not specify a particular degree or field of study. In 1987, Daniels enrolled at The American Institute for Property and Liability Underwriters, Inc, completing their education in 1991 and earning the professional designation of Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU).
