Andrew Turk

Andrew Turk is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Chair of the Litigation Department at Rose Law Group PC since June 2021, specializing in professional malpractice, business conflicts, and alternative dispute resolution. Turk also acts as a Mediator and Arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association since November 2017 and teaches Civil Pretrial Procedure as an Adjunct Professor at Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. Prior roles include Senior Counsel at Clark Hill, PLC, Shareholder at Polsinelli PC, and a Senior Litigator at Jennings Strouss & Salmon, PLC. In addition, Turk has contributed to the community as a Board member for Valley Youth Theatre and Summit School of Ahwatukee, and has held memberships in various legal organizations, including the Defense Research Institute and the Maricopa County Bar Association. Academic qualifications include a JD from the University of Washington School of Law and a BA in Political Science and History from Arizona State University.
