Heather Stanton

Heather Stanton is an experienced attorney currently practicing at Rose Law Group pc since August 2024. Previously, Heather served as a Litigation Associate at Lewis Roca from September 2017 to July 2024, gaining extensive experience in both plaintiff and defense litigation across various jurisdictions and practice areas, including employment and complex commercial litigation. Notable achievements include second chairing a two-day jury trial resulting in a favorable verdict. Prior to that, Heather worked as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Donn Kessler at the Arizona Court of Appeals, focusing on a range of appeals. Academic credentials include a Juris Doctor from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University and a Bachelor's Degree in History and German Studies from Wesleyan University, supplemented by studies at The University of Freiburg and the University of Regensburg. Heather also has a strong background in customer service and sales from a prior role as a Property and Casualty Agent at Allstate.
