Jose Valdez

Jose Valdez, Senior Director of Field Operations, has over 21 years’ experience at Rose Paving Company. Prior to joining Rose, Jose proudly served in the United States Marine Corps, where he achieved Sergeant status in less than four years. Jose took responsibility over those assigned to him, gained excellent leadership skills, and was honorably discharged in 1998. Shortly thereafter, Jose accepted a ground-level position at Rose Paving, and worked his way up, learning every aspect of the company. Jose serves as liaison between their multiple branch operations throughout North America and their Corporate offices by increasing communication and providing overall guidance to adhere to company policy, procedures, and standards.
