Polly R. has a diverse work experience and has held various roles in different companies. Polly started their career as a Watersports Instructor at Rutland Water Nature Reserve from 2012 to 2015, where they mainly focused on teaching RYA Powerboat L1 & L2 and leading confidence-boosting activities for groups of children and adults. Polly then worked as a Design Intern at deVOL Kitchens Ltd., Gensler, and Skinnydip London in 2017 and 2018, respectively. In 2020, they joined Creative Interpartners as a Graphic Designer and later transitioned to Community Brands as a Digital Graphic Designer & Campaigns Manager. From 2022 to 2023, Polly worked as a Designer at StuRents, and currently, they hold the position of Visual Designer at Rose Rocket, starting from February 2023.

Polly R. attended the University of Leeds from 2016 to 2019. However, the specific degree or field of study they pursued during their time at the university is not known.
