Stan Greil

Stan Greil, an accomplished professional with extensive experience in government and community relations, has served as an Adjunct Professor of Political Science and Public Administration at Rose State College since August 1997. Greil retired as the Vice President of Government and Military Relations at the same institution, where efforts were focused on establishing the college as a leading educational provider for the aerospace sector in Oklahoma. Additionally, Greil was the President and CEO of Civex Community Solutions from 2015 to December 2020, offering vital development services to small communities. Greil chaired and participated in the Planning Commission for the City of Midwest City from July 2000 to July 2020, serving as a liaison to the City Council. With past experience as a City Manager in various cities in Oklahoma and Michigan, and as a Staff Sergeant in the United States Air Force, Greil holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Southern Illinois University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Central Missouri.
