Kelsey Barr has extensive experience in outreach and support roles, currently serving as an Outreach Worker at Rosecrance Health Network since September 2019. Prior experience includes a position as a Paraprofessional at Bi County Special Education Cooperative from August 2014 to September 2015 and various roles in customer service and management at ALDI USA, MetLife, and McDonald's. Kelsey holds a degree in Public Health and Nonprofit and NGO Studies from Northern Illinois University, obtained between 2017 and 2021, and has also studied History at Highland Community College from 2011 to 2012.
