Mary Egan began their work experience in 1990 at Oak Lawn Community High School, where they served as the Student Assistance Program Coordinator until 2007. In 2008, they joined Rosecrance Health Network as the Community Relations Coordinator and later became the Director of Outreach in October 2013.
Mary Egan pursued their education in a chronological manner. Mary began by attending Quincy University from 1977 to 1981, where they obtained both a Bachelor of Arts (BA) and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree. Their field of study during this time focused on Addiction Studies and Psychology. Following their undergraduate studies, Mary continued their education at the University of Illinois at Springfield from 1981 to 1983. It was here that they earned their Master of Arts (MA) degree in Counseling.
