Alex Highfield

Alex Highfield is an experienced educator with a strong background in special education. Currently serving as a Special Education Program Facilitator at Rosedale Union School District since August 2022, Alex previously held the position of Primary Learning Center Teacher at Centennial Elementary School since August 2014 and worked as a Special Education Teacher at Almondale Elementary School from August 2021 to August 2022. Early career experience includes roles as a server at Tahoe Joe's Famous Steakhouse and a substitute teacher for Kern County Superintendent of Schools. Alex holds a Master's Degree in Special Education and Teaching from the University of La Verne and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from Texas Christian University.
