Leigh Ann Cook

Leigh Ann Cook has extensive experience in government and community relations, currently serving as Chief of Staff for Supervisor Phillip Peters since January 2021 and as a Trustee for Rosedale Union School District since December 2018. Previously, Leigh Ann held the Chief of Staff position for Supervisor Mick Gleason and worked as Government Affairs Manager for the Greater Bakersfield Chamber of Commerce, where responsibilities included developing outreach strategies and analyzing legislative issues. Earlier roles included District Representative for Supervisor Ray Watson and District Scheduler and Office Manager for Congressman Bill Thomas. Leigh Ann's career began as Government Relations Coordinator at The Venetian, and educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from California State University Bakersfield.
