Tzahi Shmueli has extensive work experience in operations, engineering, quality assurance, and production. Tzahi has held leadership positions in various companies, including Roseman and Harmonic. At Roseman, they served as the VP of Operations and Customer Support, overseeing supply chain, purchasing, engineering, quality assurance, production, customer service, project management, and information systems. Tzahi managed six directors and approximately 40 employees, reporting directly to the CEO. At Harmonic, they were the Director of Operation, Engineering, and Quality, responsible for operation engineering, quality assurance, and production. Tzahi reported to the COO and managed five managers and around 40 employees in two company sites. Tzahi Shmueli also gained experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst at Gilat Satellite Networks, where they managed software development, business analysts, and implemented improvements in operations and supply chain.

Tzahi Shmueli completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in 2008. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Industrial Engineering from the same university in 2006. In 1998, Tzahi Shmueli obtained a practical engineering degree in Electronics and Computer from Braude Academic College.
