Roderick Rodenburg has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Roderick is currently the CEO and Founder of Roseman Labs, a position they have held since January 2020. Prior to that, they founded Noder BV in September 2018 and served as the Founder until December 2020.
Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Rodenburg worked at Synple as the CEO from 2015 until September 2018. Roderick also had a successful stint at Unilever, where they held various managerial positions such as Manager of Business Development, Program Manager of Reconnect BNL, Supply Chain Manager of Icecream & Beverages BNL, S&OP Manager Benelux, and Production Manager. Their tenure at Unilever lasted from 2005 to 2014.
Rodenburg's early career includes internships at TNO in 2004 and GE in 2003.
Roderick Rodenburg has an education history that includes a Master's degree in Automotive Engineering Technology from Eindhoven University of Technology, completed between 2003 and 2005. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution, spanning from 1998 to 2003. In 2012, they attended the Harvard Business School, participating in the Program for Leadership Development, with completion in 2014.
