Erik Dillon

Erik Dillon Ed.D. has served as the Assistant Dean of Inclusive Excellence at Roseman University of Health Sciences since January 2014, where responsibilities include developing and implementing diversity initiatives for the College of Nursing and ensuring compliance with programmatic accreditation standards regarding social justice. Previously, Erik Dillon held the position of Director of Admissions and Enrollment, managing recruitment and enrollment operations across the Nevada and Utah campuses. Prior experience includes serving as the Interim Director at the University of Oklahoma, overseeing programs for military students, and working at the University of Phoenix as a Workforce Solutions Advisor and Academic Counselor. Erik Dillon holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from the University of New England and a Master's degree in Adult Education & Training from the University of Phoenix.
