Leiana Oswald

Leiana Oswald has extensive experience in academic affairs and pharmacy practice, currently serving as the Associate Dean of Academic Affairs and Assessment at Roseman University of Health Sciences since June 2013. In prior roles at Roseman University, Leiana worked as an Assistant Dean for Academic Affairs and Associate Professor of Pharmacy Practice, as well as Director for Experiential Education (IPPE) and Introductory Pharmacy Practice Coordinator. Leiana also gained significant practical experience at CVS Health, where roles included Pharmacist and Pharmacy Manager from August 2007 to September 2023. Leiana’s educational credentials include a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from Roseman University of Health Sciences, a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, and recent completion of the Management Development Program at Harvard Graduate School of Education in June 2024.
