Megan Sullivan has been a Trustee at Rosemont College since June 2018. Prior to that, they were the Dean of Academics at Valley Forge Military Academy & College from January 2013 to June 2018. During their tenure at Valley Forge, Megan served as the Internal Coordinator for the re-accreditation process with the Middle States Commission, earning a positive report recommending re-accreditation. Megan also reviewed, edited, and published Curriculum Guides for the full academic programming and sequence of grades 7-12. In addition, Megan managed and supervised the daily performance of the Academic Office, including oversight of the preparation, maintenance, and distribution of student and alumni academic records. Megan also read IEP and 504 plans for inbound cadets from their home school districts and wrote and managed academic planning for these cadets based on available resources while liaising with the Intermediate Unit Non-Public Services Department to coordinate support for students with documented learning differences. Megan also served as the College Board Coordinator handling all processes related to the PSAT, SAT, and AP Programs including maintenance and oversight of the SSD program for students with approved accommodations. In addition to their administrative duties, Megan continued to teach Junior and Senior Seminars to prepare cadets for and support them through the college application process.
Megan Sullivan has a Master of Science in Counseling and Human Relations from Villanova University with a concentration in secondary school counseling. Megan also has a Bachelor of Arts in psychology and business from Rosemont College.
