Darrell Finneman has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of engineering. Darrell began their career as a Mechanical Engineer at Supra Products in 1997 and then moved on to Rosen Products, Inc in 1998, where they continued to work as a Mechanical Engineer until 2002. At Xerox, Darrell served as a Mechanical Engineer from 2002 to 2007.

In 2007, Darrell joined Rosen Aviation and held various leadership positions. Darrell started as a Senior Mechanical Engineer in 2007 and later became a Mechanical Engineering Manager from 2008 to 2012.
