Oliver Kirk

Oliver Kirk serves as the Corporate Director of M&A and International Tax at ROSEN since September 2025. Previously, Oliver held the position of Senior Tax Manager for EMEA & India at Avient Corporation from February 2021 to September 2025, and prior to that, was Senior Tax Manager EMEA at Adient from May 2017 to January 2021. Oliver's career also includes experience as Luxembourg Tax Leader at Guardian Industries from April 2015 to April 2017 and Assistant Manager in International Tax at KPMG Luxembourg from September 2010 to April 2015. Early in the career, Oliver worked as a Client Advisor at Crédit Agricole d'Ile-de-France from August 2009 to August 2010. Educational qualifications include an International Tax Affiliate from ADIT, a Diploma in Luxembourg Taxation from Chambre des Salariés Luxembourg, and a BSc (Hons) in Economics from Newcastle University.
