Jay Finkelstein is the current Assistant GM and Food & Beverage Director at Rosen Plaza. Jay has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on event planning and management. Prior to their current position, they were the Convention Services / Catering Manager at Rosen Centre Hotel, where they oversaw event planning and menus, and facilitated communication between hotel staff and clients. Jay has also worked as a Restaurant General Manager, where they developed promotional events, increased profits, and implemented new training manuals. Jay is passionate about providing excellent customer service and strives to exceed expectations.
Jay Finkelstein completed an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from New York City Technical College.
They work with Patrick VanBenthusen - Director of Security, Andres Zuluaga - Bell Services Manager, and Jason Cooper - Front Desk Manager. Their manager is Harris Rosen, President & COO.
