Judith Birckhead

Judith Birckhead is the National Sales Manager at Rosen Plaza. Judith has over fifteen years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on sales and management.

Judith began their career as a Key Employee at Stonewood Grill and Tavern in October 2003. In this role, they were responsible for daily invoicing of incoming products, monthly end of month inventory, night server cash out, and weekly server scheduling. Judith left Stonewood in June 2005 to pursue other opportunities in the hospitality industry.

Since then, Judith has held various sales and management positions at hotels and restaurants across the country. In their current role as National Sales Manager at Rosen Plaza, they are responsible for overseeing sales operations for the hotel chain.
