Jack started their career as the Circulation Systems Manager at The Star-Ledger in 1992, where they gained experience in managing software configuration, coordinating technical projects, and leading help-desk support. In 2010, they founded their own company, JQM Solutions, LLC, specializing in system integration, SQL database design, and web-based solutions. Jack then moved on to work as an Information Technology Manager at Enslow Publishers, Inc., where they developed a book management system using SQL Server and SharePoint. Jack also worked as a Faculty member at the University of Phoenix, teaching various information technology courses from 2011 to 2016. Currently, they are serving as the Senior Director of Information Systems and Technology at Rosen Publishing Group, where they have been responsible for overseeing the company's information systems and technology. Jack daSilva completed their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from American InterContinental University in 2008-2009. Jack then pursued a Master's degree in Information Technology Project Management from the same university, which they completed in the same period. Following this, from 2011 to 2015, Jack attended Capella University and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Organization and Management - Information Technology Management. Earlier in their education, from 1998 to 2001, Jack studied Computer Information Systems and Management Science at Kean University, though it is unclear whether they obtained a degree from there.
