Eliana Key has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Eliana started their career at Rosen Centre Hotel in 2001, working as a Front Desk Supervisor. Eliana later took on roles as a Conference Services Manager and Group Housing Coordinator at the same hotel. In 2006, they joined Rosen Shingle Creek as a Sr. Function Book Coordinator, and was later promoted to a Conference Center Sales Manager role. In 2010, they returned to Rosen Centre Hotel as a Senior Function Book Coordinator. In 2012, they transitioned to Rosen Hotels & Resorts as a Sales Manager, responsible for soliciting and contracting revenue producing groups. Most recently, they have been working as an Associate Director of Sales at Rosen Shingle Creek, where they manage the Conference Center Sales staff and sells the Rosen Hotels & Resorts collection to conventions and citywide events.
Eliana Key attended Colegio Americano de Guayaquil from 1992 to 2001, but did not receive a degree or specify a field of study during that time. Eliana then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management & Tourism at the University of Central Florida from 2007 to 2009.
