Stephen Monthony

Stephen Monthony is a seasoned software engineer with a diverse background in software development, DevOps, and system engineering. Currently employed at Rosenbauer America since April 2024, Stephen focuses on software development and delivery. Prior experience includes serving as a system engineer at Toppan Merrill, where Stephen acted as a technical liaison and contributed to the transformation of legacy applications to cloud-based solutions. At Thrifty White Pharmacy, Stephen excelled as a senior software engineer, leading full-stack application development and planning an HR benefit enrollment application. Earlier roles at FICO™ included creating the first version of MyFICO.com using ColdFusion, while at The Sportsman's Guide, Stephen enhanced code efficiency and implemented features to improve user experience. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Outdoor Education and Natural History from Northland College, obtained in 1994.
