Delores L. is an experienced Senior Property Manager at Rosenberg & Estis, P.C. since October 2021, overseeing the daily operations of residential and commercial properties in New York City and Long Island, with a focus on property maintenance and financial management. Prior to this, Delores spent a decade at Dixon Advisory, starting as a Paralegal, then serving as Lease Renewal Manager and ultimately as Head of Renewals, managing over 600 tenants and achieving significant revenue growth. Delores also held the position of Asset Manager for the Camden Redevelopment Agency and was an Office Manager at Trinity Insurance, Abstract, & Title Agency, LLC, overseeing staff management and training. Delores holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Criminal Justice from Rutgers University - Camden.
