Lorenzo Bivans

Lorenzo Bivans is a Senior Counsel at Rosenberg Martin Greenberg, LLP, with extensive experience in federal tax planning, merger and acquisition planning, and monitoring relevant legislation and IRS guidance. Prior to their current role, Bivans worked in various tax-related positions at Lockheed Martin, Exelon, and Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP. Lorenzo holds a BSE in Engineering from Princeton University and a JD from Rutgers Law School.
