Dominik Faass

Dominik Faass serves as the Head of IT Business Applications at Rosenberger Group since December 2013, where responsibilities include managerial oversight of 36 employees in the Business Application Service department, total accountability for the operation and enhancement of core applications, ERP systems, and data warehouses globally, as well as the development and implementation of the global IT strategy. Previously, from January 2008 to November 2013, Dominik held the position of Head of Infrastructure and Service at Siteco, focusing on IT service management under ITIL V3, infrastructure IT projects, resource management, and establishing operational guidelines while managing external suppliers and leading the service desk team.
