David Bustamante

David Bustamante serves as an Associate Lawyer at Rosenblum Law since May 2019, where responsibilities include conducting legal research in criminal and civil law, leading to the successful establishment of Expungement/Record Sealing, Copyright Infringement, and Name Change departments. Prior to this role, David worked as a Public Defender Assistant at Kenneth Vercammen & Associates in Edison, NJ, from December 2018 to April 2019, collaborating with the Metuchen Public Defender on criminal cases and engaging in plea negotiations while providing translation services for Spanish-speaking clients. David holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Western New England University School of Law (2023) and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Classics and Classical Languages from Seton Hall University (2019).
