Kris Gilbert

Kris Gilbert has extensive experience in production management and supervision, currently serving as Production Manager at Rosenboom Machine & Tool since 2011, where responsibilities include overseeing skilled machinists, coordinating product schedules, driving continuous improvement and lean manufacturing, and assisting in new product development. Prior to this role, Kris held a supervisory position at Chrysler from 2003 to 2008, managing 70 employees across four locations in Toledo, Ohio, with a focus on administrative tasks such as scheduling and payroll. Kris is an alumnus of Owens Community College.
