Katharina Thate

Katharina Thate has extensive work experience in various roles related to purchasing, organization, and project coordination. Since May 2023, they have been serving as the Head of Purchasing at Rosenthal - Arcturus Group. Prior to that, they worked at Gealan Formteile GmbH, where they held positions such as Abteilungsleiterin Zentraleinkauf, Abteilungsleiterin Personal und Organisation, and Teamleader Organisation. Katharina also served as the Project Coordination Internationalisation Hungary and Deputy Head of Purchasing during their time at Gealan Formteile GmbH. Earlier in their career, Katharina worked at Bosch Thermotechnology Ltd. Worcester as a Working Student in the Purchasing department.

Katharina Thate completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Customer Relationship Management from Technische Universität Chemnitz from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Management from the University of Applied Sciences Hof, where they studied from 2005 to 2010. Additionally, they briefly studied at Groupe ESC Troyes in 2008 and 2009, although the specific degree and field of study are unknown.
