Diana Gilbert

Diana Gilbert has extensive experience in the finance industry. Diana began their career in 1987 as a Senior Manager at KPMG. From 1995 to 1998, they worked as Business Systems Manager at CIDCO, then moved on to become Controller at Digital Interiors. In 2000, they were Assistant Controller at HearMe, followed by a role as Controller at Electroglas, Inc. from 2002 to 2006. From 2006 to 2007, they served as Chief Financial Advisor at Grail Family Services (GFS). Finally, from 2008 to present, they have held the role of Senior Consultant at RoseRyan, where they specialize in technical accounting and reporting, stock-based compensation, deferred taxes, and other areas.

Diana Gilbert attended Cabrillo College from 1982 to 1984, studying General Studies. Diana then attended San Jose State University from 1984 to 1987, where they earned a BS in Accounting. Diana also holds a CPA (Inactive) certification from the State of California.
