Blake Mobley is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and organizational strategy across various sectors. As the Founder and Managing Director of Keeper Recruiting since May 2022, Blake specializes in candidate screening and behavioral interviewing to enhance team dynamics. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at RosettiStarr and as Chief People Officer and Director of Special Projects at WasteFuel, Blake focuses on sustainable technologies for environmental impact. Previously, Blake held the role of Chief Information Officer at Biosplice Therapeutics, contributing to the development of innovative therapeutics, and worked as a Political Analyst at RAND Corporation. Additional experience includes co-founding Threat Pattern, LLC, and serving as a Counterintelligence Officer at the Central Intelligence Agency.
