Roseville Community Schools
Shelby Klakulak is a dedicated educator with extensive experience in social studies instruction and camp counseling. Currently a Social Studies Teacher at Roseville Community Schools since September 2020, Shelby teaches 6th, 7th, and 8th-grade students. Prior to this role, Shelby worked at Birmingham Family YMCA as a Day Camp Counselor and ELA & STEM Lead from April 2018 to August 2022, and also served as a Family Program Instructor. Additional experience includes working as a substitute teacher for Chippewa Valley Schools and a long-term substitute at Cass Technical High School, where instruction focused on 9th Grade United States History. Shelby holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Studies Teacher Education from Michigan State University and is currently pursuing a Master of Education in K-12 Administration at the same institution.
