Roseville Joint Union High School District
David Allen has an extensive background in program management primarily at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from 2001 to October 2020, where responsibilities included leading the Sales Compensation Innovation Program and managing global purchasing solutions valued at $1.5 billion. In addition, David contributed to significant company transitions, including the HP Company split and various divestitures, while also developing critical tools throughout the quote-to-cash cycle. Currently serving as a School Bus Driver for Roseville Joint Union High School District since August 2021, David holds an M.B.A. in Operations Management from The University of Texas at Austin and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Davis.

Roseville Joint Union High School District
The Roseville Joint Union High School District serves the educational needs of more than 10,000 students. Geographically, the district includes the city of Roseville, the Granite Bay community, and a part of Antelope. It includes portions of both Placer and Sacramento counties. The district currently operates six comprehensive high schools, a continuation school, adult school, and an independent study school. Our high schools are responsible for educating students from three local "partner" K-8 school districts: Dry Creek, Eureka, and Roseville City school districts.
