Jesse Padilla

Assistant Principal Woodcreek High School at Roseville Joint Union High School District

Jesse Padilla currently serves as the Assistant Principal at Woodcreek High School within the Roseville Joint Union High School District since July 2018. Prior experience includes the role of Assistant Principal at Merrill F West High School from July 2017 to June 2018 and a Biology Teacher/Wrestling Coach at Dougherty Valley High School from August 2012 to June 2017. Jesse Padilla also co-instructed the Human Anatomy course for the Academic Talent Development Program at the University of California, Berkeley from July 2011 to June 2016 and held teaching positions in life sciences and wrestling coaching at San Leandro Unified School District and Davis Joint Unified School District. Educational qualifications include a B.A.S. in Psychology and Exercise Biology from the University of California, Davis, an M.Ed. in Education with a Life Science Credential from UC Santa Barbara, and a credential in Educational Leadership and Administration from California State University - East Bay.

Roseville Joint Union High School District

The Roseville Joint Union High School District serves the educational needs of more than 10,000 students. Geographically, the district includes the city of Roseville, the Granite Bay community, and a part of Antelope. It includes portions of both Placer and Sacramento counties. The district currently operates six comprehensive high schools, a continuation school, adult school, and an independent study school. Our high schools are responsible for educating students from three local "partner"​ K-8 school districts: Dry Creek, Eureka, and Roseville City school districts.
