Jason Brown

Jason Brown has over 18 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on talent and culture. Jason is currently working as a Senior Director of Talent & Culture for Rosewood Hotel Group in the APAC region. Prior to this, they held similar roles in the Americas region for Rosewood Hotel Group. Before joining Rosewood, Jason worked at 1 Hotels as an Area Director of People Operations and Director of People Operations. Jason also served as the Director of Human Resources at Hotel Bel-Air and Assistant Director of Human Resources at both Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and The Waldorf=Astoria, A Hilton Hotel. Jason's experience spans various aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, development, and employee relations.

Jason Brown attended Wake Forest University from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business. In 2017, they obtained a Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
