Krystle Edwards

Krystle Edwards is currently the Senior Director of Talent Management at Rosewood Hotel Group, a position held since February 2025. Prior to this role, Krystle served as Managing Partner and Global Head of Operations at Proco Group from November 2012 to February 2025, where the focus was on executive search and advisory within the commodity, industrial, and consumer markets. Krystle's experience includes serving as Regional CEO and Managing Director for APAC at Proco Group, overseeing operations in Hong Kong and Singapore, and earlier roles in banking recruitment at Ambition and Astbury Marsden, as well as Hays City. Krystle holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Information Technology from The Australian National University.
