Oleg Pechersky

Oleg Pechersky possesses extensive experience in sales and analytics within the consumer goods sector. Currently serving as the Head of Analytics for ROSHEN Confectionery Corporation since March 2019, Oleg focuses on planning, sales analysis, and managing the analytics department. Prior roles include Regional Sales Manager at L'Oréal, where responsibilities included increasing sales across three regions and managing a team of supervisors, as well as significant contributions at Mars and Wrigley in sales project execution, budget control, and trade relationship management. Oleg holds a specialist degree in Finance from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and a specialist degree in Engineering from Zhytomyr Polytechnic State University.
