Olha Savkina

Olha Savkina is an accomplished professional in recruitment, assessment, and development, currently serving as the Head of Recruitment for European Assets at ROSHEN Confectionery Corporation since August 2015. Olha has expertise in developing methodologies for professional testing systems, organizing training programs for employees, and analyzing workforce needs to build effective assessment tools. Prior experience includes roles as Assessment and Development Manager and Consultant at Hay Group, where Olha contributed to competency assessment projects, as well as earlier positions at Zhytomyr Military Institute of Radioelectronics, where Olha launched a language center and taught English. Olha holds a degree in English and German Instruction from Zhytomyr Ivan Franko State University and completed training at the Defense Language Institute.
