Svitlana Lychyk

Svitlana Lychyk has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of the Human Resources Department at ROSHEN Confectionery Corporation since June 2015. Prior to this, Svitlana held positions at State Enterprise Boryspil International Airport, where roles included Head of Recruitment Division and Human Resource Manager from September 2011 to June 2015. Svitlana also worked as a Human Resources Manager at Pharmaceutical Company Falbi between September 2009 and July 2011, and began a career in education as a History Teacher at the State Enterprise Educational Complex College of Finance and Economics from September 2006 to September 2008. Educational qualifications include a degree from Business School "KROK" in the HR Director training program (2010-2011), a Master's degree in Finance from the University of Economics and Management (2008-2010), and a Master's degree in History from V.I. Vernadsky Taurida National University (2001-2006).
