John Harris

John Harris is an experienced executive in asset management and real estate, currently serving as Executive Director of Asset Management at ROSHN since May 2021. In this role, John is responsible for developing a platform for managing income-producing assets within master-planned communities and collaborating with various teams on diverse projects, including retail and hospitality developments. Prior to ROSHN, John held several key positions, including Managing Director at Trans Development Co Ltd, where notable projects included creating a leasing and asset management strategy for King Abdullah Financial District. Previously, John served as Director of Property & Asset Management at Raza, Chief Commercial Officer at DIFC, and Managing Director at JLL in Saudi Arabia, where significant contributions included building operational teams and overseeing extensive property service offerings. John earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and Economics from the University of Toronto - Victoria University.
