Mirza Moeed

Mirza Moeed serves as the Director of Finance at ROSHN since August 2022, overseeing finance operations, group financial reporting, and corporate structuring. Prior to ROSHN, Mirza held multiple roles at Yas Holding from November 2020 to July 2022, including Head of Statutory Reporting & Tax, where responsibilities encompassed statutory financial reporting for over 80 companies in seven countries, compliance, and corporate structure maintenance. Mirza also served as Finance Director for the Technology cluster, managing finance operations with an annual revenue of approximately AED 500 million. From August 2015 to October 2020, Mirza worked at Arabtec Holding PJSC, contributing significantly to a rights issue of AED 1.5 billion. Earlier experience includes various roles at PwC from January 2012 to April 2015, and as Senior Consultant at IYA & Co. Chartered Accountants. Mirza holds an Associate Chartered Accountant designation from ICAEW and is a Fellow Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan.
