Roger Fatovic

Roger Fatovic is an experienced professional in project management and development, currently serving as the Group Chief Projects Delivery Officer (Acting) at ROSHN since January 2019, overseeing the execution of complex megaprojects across the National ROSHN portfolio. Previously, Roger held multiple leadership roles, including Chief Projects Execution Officer and Chief Operating Officer at ROSHN, where foundational processes were established for project execution. Roger's prior experience includes serving as Senior Director of Development at Emaar, The Economic City, Head of Project Management at Barwa Financial District, and various development roles at Nakheel, Development Victoria, Lendlease, and Becton Property Group. Roger holds an M.B.A. in Real Estate and Construction from the University of Reading and is pursuing a Master of Real Estate at Georgetown University. Additional qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Project Management from the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and a Bachelor of Engineering in Building Engineering from Victoria University.
