Yaser Bakhsh

Yaser Bakhsh has extensive experience in talent acquisition and community management, currently serving as the Director of Community Management Capabilities at ROSHN. Prior to this role, Yaser held various positions in talent acquisition, including Associate Director and Senior Manager at ROSHN and Bupa Arabia, respectively. As Co-Founder and CEO of 8848 Consultancy, Yaser demonstrated entrepreneurship while managing teams. Yaser's career also includes significant roles at AlAhli ESNAD and The National Commercial Bank - Alahli NCB as a Recruitment and Training Manager and Talent Acquisition Manager, respectively. Yaser Bakhsh earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Arab Open University from 2008 to 2011.
