Shelby Rowe II

Shelby Rowe II has extensive experience in both the culinary and optometry fields. Currently serving as Office Manager at Rosin Eyecare since December 2016, Shelby has progressed from Optician to Supervisor and Assistant Manager, playing a key role in supporting daily operations and client interactions. Previous culinary roles include Sous Chef at Olympia Fields Country Club, Chef de Partie at Intro, and Line Cook at Eataly, demonstrating a strong background in kitchen management and customer service. Shelby's education includes culinary training from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts and a high school diploma from Marian Catholic High School.
