Joseph Sansone

Joseph Sansone currently serves as the Information Technology Security Administrator and previously held the role of Systems Engineer 1 at Rosina Food Products, Inc. from March 2021 to present. Prior to this, Joseph worked as a System Administrator at Intertech from July 2019 to March 2021 and gained experience as a Process Analyst at IBM from January 2017 to July 2019. At IBM, responsibilities included supervising call center operations, managing major incidents, developing and maintaining standard operating procedures, and mentoring support teams. Joseph also worked as a Service Desk Agent contracted through IBM, providing technical support and training for users on various software applications. Joseph's early experience includes working as a Pro-shop Assistant at Willowbrook Golf Course from May 2013 to August 2016. Joseph earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer and Information Science from Niagara University in 2016.
