Randy Bernick

Randy Bernick has extensive work experience in finance and administration. Randy started their career at Lawless Container Corporation in 1988 as a Corporate Accountant and worked their way up to the role of CFO. In their role as CFO, they were responsible for various functions including finance, treasury, legal, accounting, and human resources. After leaving Lawless Container Corporation, they worked as a Regional Controller at Chesapeake Packaging Co, Inc. from 1994 to 1997 and at St. Laurent Paperboard Inc. from 1997 to 1999. Since 1999, they have been serving as the Vice President of Finance and Administration at Rosina Food Products, Inc.

Randy Bernick has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Finance from Canisius University. Randy also has a background in Accounting and Business/Management from the Rochester Institute of Technology. Additionally, Randy Bernick holds a certification as a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) obtained from the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) in April 1988.
