David Gil

David Gil is the Co-Founder and CTO of Rosita, a software company that specializes in open innovation. Prior to Rosita, David held the position of Executive Agency for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (EASME) from 2016 to 2020. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of product development and customer satisfaction. David also helped update legacy technology for scale, maintainability, and product-market fit.

In 2006, David started their career as an operations engineer at Comitas Comunicaciones. David held this position until 2009 when they left to join ideas4all as their CTO & Product Manager. At ideas4all, David was responsible for building the next generation open innovation SaaS. David oversaw the product roadmap and strategy, as well as the hiring, training, and management of the product development and customer satisfaction teams.

In 2020, David co-founded Rosita with the goal of helping companies scale and internationalize their businesses. David is passionate about using technology to solve problems and improve the lives of others.

David Gil has a Master of Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and a Master of Science from University of Stuttgart. David also has a certification from Yale University in Introduction to Negotiation: A Strategic Playbook for Becoming a Principled and Persuasive Negotiator.
